Traditional carbonara

500 g penne, 3 dl Swedish cream, 50 g Parmesan, 6 egg yolks (a few whites too), 200 g frozen Swedish peas (go by feel), a good grind of black pepper, 20 g salt in the pasta water, 30 g Redhead salted chips, 75 g Redhead Bacon. Chuck it all into a frying pan. Add the pasta, plus extra Redhead Bacon if you love bacon. Serve and enjoy!
