1. About Redhead Sverige AB
Redhead is a brand that develops, markets and sells snacks and confectionery.
Redhead is a privately owned company founded by, among others, YouTube and TV personality Mauri Hermundsson.
The head office is located in Stockholm.

2. Orders
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation is sent to your e-mail address. The confirmation contains all the details, such as products, price, billing address and delivery address.
If anything is incorrect in the order confirmation, you should contact us immediately by e-mail at info@redhead.se.
3. Delivery
Our normal delivery time is 5-7 days. Please note! Orders placed at weekends are dispatched no earlier than the following Monday.
Within Sweden: Shipping SEK 49.
Rest of the EU: Shipping SEK 99,
If delays in delivery should occur (without us having informed you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at the e-mail address: info@redhead.se.
For parcels not collected from the pick-up point, where no return has been requested, a fee of SEK 80 per shipment will be charged.
4. Prices
All prices in the shop are stated in local currency and include 25% VAT.
5. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment you have received the item.
5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must notify Redhead that you are withdrawing. The notification is sent to us at info@redhead.se. Your message must clearly state your name, your address, e-mail address, the order number and which items the return concerns.
You should return the products to us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the notification of withdrawal.
You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery and condition of the products when they reach us. The products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
The refund is expected to take 14 days after the item has reached us.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products that have been used.

Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken by you.

6. Complaints and claims
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product nevertheless be damaged or incorrectly dispatched on arrival, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to remedy the fault free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint must be submitted immediately after the defect has been discovered.
6.1 How do you make a complaint?
Any faults (a defective item or an incorrect quantity) must always be reported immediately to info@redhead.se, stating your name, your address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the fault.
If we are unable to remedy the fault or deliver an identical product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective under applicable consumer protection legislation. For complaints we follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) - see arn.se.
7. Limitation of liability
We accept no liability for indirect damage that may arise because of the product.
We accept no liability for delays or faults resulting from circumstances beyond our control (e.g. force majeure). Such circumstances may include, for example, industrial disputes, fire, war, decisions by public authorities, or reduced or failed delivery from our subcontractor.
8. Product information
We accept no responsibility for any typographical errors on this website, nor for a product selling out. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products, as some colour variation may occur depending on the screen, photo quality and resolution. We always do our best to present the products as accurately as possible.
9. Information about cookies
Under the law on electronic information, visitors to a website must, for privacy reasons, be informed that cookies are used. The information in the cookie can be used to follow a user's browsing. A cookie is a small text file that the website you visit asks to save on your computer in order to provide access to various functions. You can set your browser to automatically refuse cookies. 11. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The amended terms are considered accepted by you as a customer when you place an order.
12. Disputes and choice of law
If a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement between the company's customer service and you, as a customer you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) - see arn.se. If you live in an EU country other than Sweden, you can submit a complaint online via the European Commission's platform for online dispute resolution, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
In the event of a dispute, we follow the decisions of ARN or an equivalent dispute resolution body.
Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
